yes, reading books makes you better but somehow, right now, in malaysia, it's becoming an expensive hobby. books' prices are incredibly high. adding another reason to our society for not reading. congratulations.

story of a chapatti

A woman baked chapatti (roti) for members of her family and an extra one for a hungry passerby. She kept the extra chapatti on the window sill, for whosoever would take it away. Every day, a hunchback came and took away the chapatti. Instead of expressing gratitude, he muttered the following words as he went his way: "The evil you do remains with you: The good you do, comes back to you!" This went on, day after day. Every day, the hunchback came, picked up the chapatti and uttered the words: "The evil you do, remains with you: The good you do, comes back to you!" The woman felt irritated. "Not a word of gratitude," she said to herself...

"Everyday this hunchback utters this jingle! What does he mean?" One day, exasperated, she decided to do away with him. "I shall get rid of this hunchback," she said. And what did she do? She added poison to the chapatti she prepared for him! As she was about to keep it on the window sill, her hands trembled. "What is this I am doing?" she said. Immediately, she threw the chapatti into the fire, prepared another one and kept it on the window sill. As usual, the hunchback came, picked up the chapatti and muttered the words: "The evil you do, remains with you: The good you do, comes back to you!" The hunchback proceeded on his way, blissfully unaware of the war raging in the mind of the woman.

Every day, as the woman placed the chapatti on the window sill, she offered a prayer for her son who had gone to a distant place to seek his fortune. For many months, she had no news of him.. She prayed for his safe return. That evening, there was a knock on the door. As she opened it, she was surprised to find her son standing in the doorway. He had grown thin and lean. His garments were tattered and torn. He was hungry, starved and weak. As he saw his mother, he said, "Mom, it's a miracle I'm here. While I was but a mile away, I was so famished that I collapsed. I would have died, but just then an old hunchback passed by. I begged of him for a morsel of food, and he was kind enough to give me a whole chapatti. As he gave it to me, he said, "This is what I eat everyday: today, I shall give it to you, for your need is greater than mine!" " As the mother heard those words, her face turned pale.

She leaned against the door for support. She remembered the poisoned chapatti that she had made that morning. Had she not burnt it in the fire, it would have been eaten by her own son, and he would have lost his life! It was then that she realized the significance of the words:

"The evil you do remains with you: The good you do, comes back to you!"

Do good and Don't ever stop doing good, even if it is not appreciated at that time.

spoken word poetry.

public speaking, speech, talks, debates. it's all common. very common. but somehow i found another way of speaking on the internet. it  is called as spoken word poetry and it's a gift, a talent. this kind of speaking is very new as i just found it approximately last night so if you already knew about it, ignore everything.

spoken word poetry is when you are speaking with sentences that has rhymes making your speech very catchy, just like a poem. but when i first listen to a spoken word poet, it sounds more like a rap song because in poems, you read it word by word but in speaking, you just throw out the sentences in one breath, so yeas it sounds more like a song.

starting a speech using spoken word poetry is a kind of awesome and i think someone who do not have that special talent gonna take a long time to master it, but heyy, nothing is impossible(with conditions). so here's the video of an egyptian canadian girl who is a spoken word poet. btw, listen to her message. it's very deep and interesting. how i wish to speak like her but IB is not on my list. it's damn hard.

idiosyncrasy

An idiosyncrasy is an unusual feature of a person (though there are also other uses, see below). It also means odd habit. The term is often used to express eccentricity or peculiarity.[1] [2] A synonym may be quirk.
no, i'm not an idiosyncrasy. well, at least not in my whole life. well come on, don't say that u never did bizzare things in your life. we all did.

but i was thinking, when we did such freak things, is it because we are stupid or other people are stupid for not understanding it.

the truth is, we only realize that our action is freak when other people don't get it. to us it's seems normal but when people around us that saw our action start making awkward face, it all turn upside down. see?

so who's the dumb here now haaaa?????????

well no one is dumb actually. it's me who is idiosyncratic here now because i think no one gets what i said. ok fine. it's all my imagination. you guys are logic.

now who's on my side ?

Eureka!

eureka to who?
to why?

eureka to PAS. parti islam semalaysia. well, i know that i'm underage and i'm not supposed to talk about politics and i should just stick to my job, a student.

but i'm not a robot. i have a dream which is going to be closer and closer. and as far as i'm concern, my dream is quite related to politics if we consider all things especially the consequences if the opposition wins the 13th general election.

what?
ok, here's the deal. i'm sitting for spm this year and i will be begging for the scholarships from jpa as the first choice and maybe from some other sources.

and as far as i know, there are certain big universities that jpa didn't provide the scholarship for and the problem is one of the university is in my list, in the first place, aka no.1. well actually i don't really have those university of choises list bla bla bla but i have the dream in my head.

as a result of this situation, the next general election will not only carry the task of choosing the next government but also holding my little hope in secret. the hope is that if the opposition wins, things will change a little bit.

but no matter what happens next, what i should do now i just prepare. prepare for the worst and the best.   ready for whatever comes next.

i know that going to that university is hard, though and so much more and if i was accepted to enter it i still don't know how i'm gonna achieve well in all the additional subjects but i'll listen to what johnny depp said. i know that some people might laugh and bring my spirit down, even my own dark and negative sides sometimes makes me feels it's all worthless but who cares? if i really wanna go there, i need to have that dream. dream high man, and keep praying.

"Eureka" (pronounced /jʊˈriːkə/) is an interjection used to celebrate a discovery, a transliteration of a word attributed to Archimedes.
